Nourishing Autumn Hot Chocolate

Here’s how I do it.

Ingredients:

  • 250ml almond milk (preferably unsweetened) or your milk of choice

  • 50ml water

  • 2tsp Golden Shrooms

  • 1tbsp tahini

  • 1tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 1tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • [Sweeten to taste with coconut nectar]

Instructions:

Pour the milk & water into a saucepan and bring to the boil on a medium heat, then reduce to a gentle simmer.

Whisk in the cacao powder, tahini, Golden Shrooms, coconut oil, vanilla, salt & nectar.

Once all of the ingredients have dissolved pour into your favourite mug.

For extra smoothness add everything to a high speed blender or milk frother.

Serve immediately.
