Delivery in UK

  • Delivery at home with BPost or PostNL. Price is dependant on weight & will be calculated at checkout. Delivery time 5 to 10 days after shipping*.

    • How will Brexit affect the delivery of my order?
      At the moment the shipping time and prices are the same as before, but due to customs clearance it is possible that delivery will be delayed.

    • Will I have to pay customs and local taxes?
      All orders sent to the UK may be affected by possible customs costs, VAT and/or local taxes, which are not included in the price of the order and must be paid at the time of delivery.

    • It is possible that you will be contacted and requested to pay extra fees for your delivery.

    • Unfortunately, as we do not know the amount of the taxes that will be imposed, we suggest you contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery in Luxembourg/France/Spain

Delivery in rest of EU

Delivery to non EU countries

  • Delivery at home with PostNL, BPost or DPD. Price is dependant on weight & will be calculated at checkout. Delivery time approx. 6 to 10 days after shipping.

  • Shipments to countries outside of the EU zone may be affected by possible customs costs, VAT and/or local taxes, which are not included in the price of the order and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Packaging

We reuse boxes & other packaging material that we receive from our suppliers (from any part of our business), or anything else we have ordered for our office. So you could be receiving your order in a cardboard box from Sri Lanka that originally had jars of coconut oil in, or a garment bag from one of the denim brands we work with, or a box from our local supermarket. It may not always be the most beautiful! We encourage you to re-use it again, or recycle it. If we do have to purchase any packaging materials we ensure to source the most sustainable option available. Cardboard boxes are re-usable & then recyclable if they are really at the end of life. Any packaging materials we purchase are mostly also reusable & are definitely recyclable or compostable. We encourage you to further reuse any packaging you receive from us.

Our branded packing tape is made by Noissue. It is 100% recycled, printed with soy based inks, & is recyclable, biodegradable and compostable.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns 

We have a 14 day return policy. After 14 days we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it.

Personalised goods are not eligible for refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

If you need a refund, send an email to threebyoneeu@icloud.com for further instructions.

Once your product is received by us, we will send you an email confirmation, notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items 

Only full priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange, send an email to threebyoneeu@icloud.com for further instructions.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

Do note that because our products are natural, & several are handmade in small batches there might be small differences in colour, scent, shape & weight. Natural differences cannot be used as grounds for an exchange.

Shipping 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping items over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
