The core of Steenbergs Organic Herbes de Provence is organic thyme herb with its characteristic sharpness and bay with its camphor tones. Added marjoram and parsley gives the mix freshness with an almost new-mown-grass smell. Softened through the addition of tarragon's freshness, the lightness of celery seeds and the floral tastes of lavender flowers.
