Immunity Boosting Drink
The immune system is the built-in defense mechanism of the human body that staves of diseases & keeps the body healthy. Immune functions can be disrupted due to nutritional deficiencies, extreme stress, & lack of physical activity or exercise. Diet has a lot to do with the immune system, so it is important to eat healthy foods.
A poor immune system makes a person prone to infections & illnesses. Therefore it is important to build up a strong immune system in order to fight off such infections.
Every morning I make a drink using our Immunity Booster Kit.
Here’s the recipe:
1 tablespoon coconut cider vinegar
1 tablespoon coconut nectar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon powder
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch black pepper
Combine all the ingredients & drink as a shot, or add hot or cold water to make a long drink.
Drink every morning to give your immunity the boost it deserves!
