So let me give you some insights on how it is made, how to use it, & the benefits of this fantastic natural ingredient.

What is Organic Coconut Cider Vinegar?

Sap is extracted from the blossom of the coconut tree & is then fermented for 8 to 12 months, depending on environmental conditions. This fermentation process results in a delicious, smooth coconut cider vinegar that is rich in amino acids, natural probiotics & is considered a 'functional superfood'.

We bottle the coconut cider vinegar exactly as it is.

Raw, unpasturised, unfiltered & unheated.

Because it is unfiltered you may notice some sediment on the bottom of the bottle, this is known as the mother. This sediment contains all the goodness & should not be removed from the bottle. You may also notice that over time, as the vinegar ages, it will change colour from a light golden yellow to a darker, more amber shade - this is completely normal.
