Ingredients
Turmeric*, Ceylon cinnamon*, Cardamom*, Ginger*, Nutmeg*, and Black pepper*. * Certified organic ingredients
Instructions
Add 1/2 to 1 tsp (2g) to a cup and form a smooth paste with a little hot water.
Then fill your cup with hot milk/mylk.
Optional: add your choice of sweetener.
Can also be added to shakes, smoothies and bakes for an additional turmeric hit.
