Does coconut oil have a shelf life?

Coconut oil is highly stable and has a shelf life of at least two years.

When I bought my coconut oil it was solid, now it's turned to liquid. Is it ok?

Yes, this is perfectly normal. Coconut oil typically solidifies around the 24˚C. In warmer temperatures it will be liquid, cooler temperatures solid. It does not affect the quality of the oil in any way.

Does coconut oil need refrigeration?

No! Simply store in a cupboard out of direct sunlight.

Why is Three By One Coconut Oil packaged in glass jars?

Glass jars help retain the natural taste, texture and flavour. Plastic and tin actually taint coconut oil giving it a foreign odour and funny taste.

What's the difference between Organic Virgin and Organic Extra Virgin coconut oil?

The difference between ‘virgin’ and ‘extra virgin’ is actually none existent. In fact, it’s more of a marketing trick to get you to pay more. Be warned!
